So I have another guest arriving and I get an alert about their info and also that there are things to focus on for my next guest as 1 recent guest stated I need to focus on my floors and carpet and also linens and towels. We need specifics. Who was the guest? What room did they stay in? Why didn't they say something during their stay. I have a 5 listings over two houses and plenty of floor space. What floor? What carpet? Is it possible for AirBnB to be a little more specific? Also, can the guest be a little less petty? This is anxiety inducing.
If the guest wasn't prompted would they have anything negative to say? The items seem so petty that I'm not sure the thought even crossed their minds until airbnb asked them. This is like prompting the guest: was the air filter dirty or was the rim under the toilet seat clean?
Anyway, perhaps, I'll switch over to gray towels as stains dont show as easily.
