Learn your name in Morse Code day!

Hi all,

Much of hosting is about communication, and while using words is fine, wouldn't it be even better if we could transmit what we want to say in a series of signals?? Most of us know how to signal SOS in Morse Code, but what about the rest of the alphabet?

Today is 'Learn your name in Morse Code day' and in order to celebrate, I think we should learn something new (unless you already happen to be fluent in Morse Code..) and try signalling our names.

Have a look at the Morse Code Alphabet below and write out your names in the appropriate combination of dots and dashes - if you're feeling adventurous, why not write a short sentence in code for us to try and crack?

Good job on the codes above, here is my attempt at cracking yours (a couple of letters don't seem to fit so i'll guess what they are)!

yes, spreading out the words was a trick it took a few words to realize, how do we determine words, from others? Then, pucntuation, rules on it?  THEN, sentences? I enjoyed it and will get back, take care and have a lovely week, Debbie
