Hosting in a conservation area UK

Does anyone know if is possible to host in a conservation area in England.  Are there any rules against this?  Does each cancel vary? Or is it fine?  Is there anybody actually hosting in such an area?

@Christopher1537 there are no issues with conservation areas as long as you don't put up signage etc. If you are in London you may have significant limitations though.
