One property address listed under two active hosts?

A property is listed on the account of a property manager who has sadly passed away. The listing has a co-host, who is managing the property now. The owner of the property, who is not the co-host, wants to get control of it, but doesn't want to lose the current bookings. The co-host on the listing is happy to manage the current bookings through the end of they year, and has blocked off the calendar after that date, so that the owner can make a new listing to handle bookings starting on the first of the year.

Can the property be listed at the same time under the owner's account before the end of the year (say starting now), to allow for bookings to come in starting on the date after the current listing is terminated at the end of the year, in order to avoid losing booking weeks?

In short, can a property be listed on two different accounts, as long as there's no overlap in available dates? Thanks for any help!

@Mirla0 I don't see why not but the only real way to find out will be to try. Given that Airbnb do not allow account transfers there must be many people doing what you want to do.
