Hi, I just launched a new listing on 11/22. It seems that no one can reserve it. The reserve button is disable(in grey). Contact host button is also disable in grey. And it says “the listing is not yet available to all guests”. Did anyone experience this problem? Thank you!
Yes, I am aware that pop up. So at first, I thought it has something to do with “good tracking” button on the instant booking setting. So I turned that button off, but it is still not solving the problem. Reserve button is still doable…
Everything seems to work when I test it today, are your potential guests still having an issue? If so it might be worth for them to contact the Support teams to better understand what's happening. 🙂
