Respsonse time not being calculated

Hi I am a very new host.  I use the tet mesage that I get to repsond immediatly to guest inquiring or booking a reservation.  I know they get the text because I get responses from them.   Why is my response time rated at 0%, I have only had 4 inquiries but have answered all within the hour.   I seem my messages from text in the INBOX when i login to airbnb so I am not sure what the issue is.

 

Do I have to message the back through the aribnb system?

You need to make an ACTION, not just a response. You must accept, decline, pre-approve, or send a special offer in order to have actually "responded" in terms of the response rating.
