Advice and help needed

I have a house with a full in law unit.  I only rent the in law unit to the guests who rent upstairs.  How can I charge for this?  My listing is for the upstairs only but I provided the option for them to rent the in law.  On VRBO it is easy.  Appreciate any help.

Thanks,

Mark

@Mark3978  You can create 3 listings.  1 - the upstairs.  2 - the in-law unit.  3 - the upstairs and the in-law unit combined.  Then you link the 3 Airbnb calendars so that if, for instance, the in-law unit is booked, that will be blocked and the upstairs unit will be available.  If someone rents both together, the other two individual listings will be blocked.  And so on.

@Ann72  I think you missed that he only offers the in-law unit to guests who book the upstairs, as an additional space for them. So he would need 2 listings, not three. One listing for the upstairs, and another that includes the in-law suite at a higher price and higher guest count.
