Hi - I am a new host and want to list a unit inside of a resort property in Mexico. The resort has a cancellation policy of 100% refund if requested 90 days prior to arrival. Unfortunately, this is not an option I can select when listing my property. Has anyone dealt with this situation and do you know how to address it? The only other option is for me to show a STRICT CANCELLATION policy which potential quests would see as zero refund after they book. Would appreciate insight if you have dealt with this situation.
Why does you cancellation property need to be the same as the one from the resort ?
If you are the owner of the accommodation i assume you can choose your own cancellation policy..
BTW The "strict" cancellation policy does not mean there is no refund at all.

Because I am bound by the resort rules of use of the unit which includes bookings and cancellation policies. I have a fractional ownership. It's similar to a timeshare, but inside of a very large resort and the guest is treated as though they are an owner with access to all of my owner privileges.
