Cohost as reservation contact

My mom is 85 and is the host does not want contacted for reservations, etc. i am cohosting for her. How can we make my phone the contact for reservations/hosting?

@Susan4284 I have no idea what the official way is but if you just change her phone number to yours all will work as you desire!
