HI all, just launched my first property and am looking for critiques on anything that may be useful to attract bookings. I have zero host reviews and would love to get some insight to generate some early bookings. FWIW, I'm using AirDNA's smart pricing for dates after the first 30 days. TIA!

What a beautiful place ! 
Great pictures bit to be honest the thirth one is the one that really  got my attention. 
and made me look further. 

maybe staging the proterty a little more will give it that extra something. 

like in the porch open the paraplu and set up the table. 
 Maybe around the campfire a blttle of wine and some glasses with a cheeseplate something like that. 

it gives people an idea what they can do there.
