@Natasha503 Maybe it's just me, but I find the random blurred frames on some of your listing photos to be unpleasantly distracting. The listing would look better overall if you cropped them down to normal exposures.
The home looks like a nice, clean and cozy apartment, and great value for the price. "Luxury" is probably not a good fit for the title, as it's a better fit for guests who appreciate simplicity than those who want to be pampered like at a resort hotel. Similarly, your other listing should not be called "5 Stars" unless that's its actual rating (Ron Howard voice: it's not). But this isn't going to factor into bookings much, since Airbnb no longer displays titles in search results.
The Blue Lagoon looks like an awesome attraction; since it's a big part of your listing, it helps to mention the time/distance from your home on foot. When I compare listings in your area that appear fully booked for the summer to ones with a lot of vacancies, I see a huge gap in the quality of the photos. A good reshoot might help inspire more interest.
