Hey everyone I want to become a host but needed a little help finding a property and really just needing the help on what to look for, say and do to get this journey started can anyone give me some good advice on how to start and what to look for

It depends on so many factors,

location you are looking for, your budget, the time you have to invest in that venture, your ability with the cleaning and the home renovation and maintenance, etc.
