Hi, We are new to hosting (not listing yet) What are the good points and pitfalls of hosting a luxury property?

Our home is about 5000 square feet with 5 bedrooms in the main house and a Casita about 600 square feet. Pool, Spa, BBQ, Movie room, Game room 3 car garage. Mist system Solar for pool and TV's everywhere, Located the south end of Las Vegas  five minutes from the strip.  Guard gated community.. What are the good points and pitfalls of hosting a luxury property?

It doesn’t matter whether the property is a luxury rental or not, the same rules apply when hosting. Just read and read.
