Hi, we are new to AB&B, first booking is for 4 weeks next month. Can we insist on renter providing identification before he arrives? Also, do we do linen change every week or just?

4 weeks (28 nights) is a "long term stay" with special terms, read the help files for details.

You need to mention in the listing providing ID on arrival is mandatory.

 

You can ask a guest to perform ID verification (if not in the profile), before accepting the booking.

 

For linen change: ask the guest what he/she prefers.

When I had a 4 week guest, I simply asked the guest to leave the linens outside the door every Friday, I would wash and bring back the next day.  Of course I had additional linens in the apartment.  It worked well.

@Martin3939 no, you cannot ask the guest to provide id before arrival, except for particular legal requirements:
