I signed up to host a refugee, not paying quests, yet I’m only getting messages about getting customers. Please tell me to get in touch with somebody about refugee hosting.

Your listing calender is open for regular guests and for refugees.

"Refugee bookings" are made by partners of Airbnb.org, regular guests can still book for themself.

(You can not have the calender open for refugees only).

BTW Refugees or volunteers helping them can also make normal bookings themself. It 's up to the host to provide any discount.

At the moment I host a guy (lived in Kiev) who is helping refugees travelling to my country. Sometimes a charity or governement pays for them.
