How to boost occupancy

Hello, I’m a new host and everything has been great! I would like to know how to improve in getting my occupancy rate to 50% or higher.

Some suggestions:

- add section "sleeping arrangements'to the listing

- Add more amenities, especially "essentials" is missing ?

(While photos show sheets on the beds ?)

- Add coverphoto to homepage and use homepage to promote listing.

- Look at "share" button for more options to share listing on social media.

- Listing is new, you do not use the "new listing promotion" (20% discount for first 3 bookings)
