Insurances and other things

Hi to all in the community!

So we're thinking about AirBnB for our place - I'll be checking with our mortgage company it's ok.....

Questions...

1) I see AirBnB do a free cover for hosts - would people recommend getting Public Liability Insurance too?

2)  Are there any other insurances etc that people would recommend?

Do not rely on Airbnb cover. It acts as a complementary insurrance.

Check your home insurance, most won't cover when Airbnb activities take place.

Some offer extra cover at extra cost, but others want to terminate the policy asap !
