Lookup hits and conversions reports on your listing

Hi, i am a new host in Port Macquarie and i am trying to identify my market and maximise my bookings.  I know i can look at similar local properties and make adjustments to my price based on local events, discounts, holidays etc and that is fine, but does anyone know if there is a way to see the number of times my listing is viewed and how often that converts into a booking?  i am just trying to take the guess work out of my pricing.  Any advice welcome. thanks
