Hi there,

 

My guest says that they didn't get the review link after the experience. I don't know how long does it take to airbnb to send the link to the guest for review.

If anybody knows then please help.

They should get it within a few hours after checkout.

 

If they have not enabled notifications on their Airbnb account they might not get the message though.

 

They should log in to their Airbnb account and check their inbox.
