Split fees

Hi

We are new to hosting on AirBnB.

We have been on the split fees option and took out a trial on a software platform to manage bookings on various platforms - the fees then changed to simplified where we now pay the full 15% as hosts.  

We'd like to cancel the software and go back to the split fees as before but can not find how to do this.  Can anyone help?

Hi Jaco, I'd like to find out if you managed to resolve this. We changed over without any idea how or why and cannot change it back even with the help desk assisting us. We've tried all links sent to us but cannot even select which service fee option we'd like.

Hi, I've received the following from AirBNB support:

To remove a channel manager:

For you to remove your channel manager kindly go to Account > Privacy and sharing > Connected apps > Remove access.

Or kindly go to the link below for you to remove their access.
https://www.airbnb.com/account-settings/privacy-and-sharing

It will be then be reverted to 3% automatically.
