Hi everyone!
I'm new to hosting. I'm about to list a beautiful dbl room with private bathroom in my flat in NW London. I'm not sure what the regulations are regarding short-term lettings. I will be living in the property as well while the room is let, so I assume that I won't need any special licences and the room can be let at any one time for no longer than 90 days but throughout the year. If anyone in London is in the same situation, can you please contact me and give me some idea how it all works. I'm reluctant to list until I know all the answers as I wouldn't wan to break any rules.
