What is a good rate of bookings versus views of your listing?

I'm wondering if there are stats anywhere about what is a good booking percentage, based on how many views your listing is getting?

It is dependent on many factors, such as seasonal demand, price, and restrictions.

We get less than 1%, but our listing is unique and appeals to a very small set of guests:.

You want to think of ways to make your listing stand out a bit more. Give your property a name. Feature something unique, interesting, or different about it, not just a clean bed, as your primary picture. What unusual experiential things do you offer? You can price in small niceties, like soaps in the bath, or something small for welcome, into your rate. Photographing those also helps make it stand out. The more thorough that your listing is, too, the more it gives people a reason to understand that you are a clear communicator, and a better host. Then you’ll start to notice less ‘passover’ from people checking your area out, and more bookings. There are a ton of people jumping in, sometimes buying five properties at a time.  So how do you find your way to the top of the searches?  Be better.
