air cover resolution center. May 6, I submitted issue, with photo of damage to our. guest responsible for $385 estimate of hole in interior wall. no resolution 17 days later.

Guest tells me she was not contacted by Airbnb. Resolution center message says under review. what is the recourse for hosts?

@Mary4998 @Did you request restitution by was of the Airbnb Resolution center as well as air over?  Guests who have finished with their booking will often send all further communication from Airbnb to their spam until the next time they want to book.  At this point you may be having to absorb the repair cost and reporting it as an expense on your taxes.  Airbnb may (after a good while) pay up if you go to twitter or Facebook with your complaint; their outsourced customer service will just close your ticket.
