llc or s corp

Hi,

We are under construction with our home. We have our house listed but have it blocked off until we are done with the renovations. The first 

I been wanting to create a LLC or S CORP but i am not sure how or the benefits. 

Also once I make it do I put everything all house bills under the LLC or S CORP?

Do I open a business bank account ?
