zoning

Hi, I am looking to start a new airbnb from scratch on an empty lot of land and I'm curious what the zoning requirements would be for the land. I am in Atlanta GA and I know it will vary but is there any rule of thumb? The Airbnb will be a tent with out door shower. Any help would be awesome.
