Dear Community,

I have a 2 rooms flat, and would like to rent my second room. As I understood, with me being present, the 60 days rule does not apply.

Would that be enough for me to be regularly offering my place?

I read about fine around 6k, and i would like to do all the needed to avoid surprises, but without full understanding, i won't post my listing;

mainwhile i see still loads of properties available in Amsterdam...

can anyone help me with some advices?
