Unseriöse Buchungsanfrage

Hallo zusammen, 

soeben kam eine Buchungsanfrage herein, bei der alle Alarmglocken bei mir schrillen: 

„Hello! My name is xxx . Soon I'm having a business trip to Germany and intended to book your apartment that you have listed on Airbnb. There is something about my booking that I would like to discuss with you. I have a plan to stay at my friend's home once I'm there and not to check into your apartment at all. Why I need to reserve your apartment then? Book your apartment, never move in and just share the rental fee. Does it sound like a plan to you? If you find this proposal as intriguing as I do, please get back to me as soon as you can. You can contact me in wathsap. My numbra is pluus ...“

Ich habe den Nutzer jetzt gemeldet, kann bzw muss ich sonst noch etwas beachten? 

Soll ich die Buchungsanfrage direkt ablehnen oder wirkt sich das negativ für uns aus?

@Johannes-and-Bettina0  Flaggen und ignorieren genügt , dann kann auch in der Statistik nichts schief gehen.

Bei Ablehnen sollte eigentlich auch nichts passieren aber man weiß ja nie...

Vielen Dank für eure Antworten. 

Wir hatten es direkt airbnb gemeldet und bekamen kurz darauf eine Nachricht mit der Möglichkeit die Buchungsanfrage sanktionsfrei zu stornieren.

Bei uns war das leider noch nicht der Fall.

Liebe @Johannes-and-Bettina0 , alle Anfragen die mit "There is something about my booking that I would like to discuss with you. I have a plan to stay at my friend's home " reinkommen, könnt Ihr direkt löschen. Das is alles spam, scamming oder kann sogar zum phishing werden, sobald Ihr die Platform verlasst und via e-mail reagiert. Airbnb ist leider von diesen Profilen etwas überschüttet. ...
