I booked an airbnb in Ibiza, but my discount voucher of 10% has not taken into account

Dear airbnb,

I was very pleased to receive a discount voucher, but unfortunately that discount voucher of 10%  (I checked the code, due date etc) doesn't change the price to 90% when I make a booking. I hope some one can help me with this, because I have to confirm payment for this booking as soon as possible. Thanks for your help!
