Im wanting to get a airbnb for my 21st birthday party, i currently live with my 92 great grandma who wouldnt let me do this, this party would take place either at the airbnb or just a place for people to crash in case we do go out so no drinking and driving would be happening, id like to stay in the central pa area, so if anyone knows any good place please let me know!!!

@Sarah5573 Sarah Airbnbs have a no party rule and a rule wherby all guests must be counted and paid for without visitors in and out. They are suitable only if you have your event at another venue and use the Airbnb for yourself and your chosen besties to stay overnight... H

we where thinking that but i still got some time to think so idk lol
@Sarah5573 I would suggest that you look for a local hotel and restaurant with a room that they will rent to you for your party. AirBnB's are not event spaces. Have a happy birthday.
@Sarah5573 so your great grandma (who knows you) wouldn't let you have a party so you plan to use Airbnb instead. Lets hope the Airbnb algorithms stop you!
Well lets say its my 92 great grandma and she wouldnt have anywhere to go for the night and im not gonna kick her out if the house, so maybe finding another house so no one drinks and drives is a smart move, look at me being considerate.
@Sarah5573 Airbnb has very strict rules against parties, especially renting homes primarily for the purpose of a party. Further, most hosts are going to be resistant to allowing a 21-year-old who is celebrating her birthday to rent a space with her friends. As a host, if someone came to me with this request, I would immediately deny them. Not to assume you wouldn't take care of the property, but there is too much liability and room for problems in a reservation such as this.
Also, most host have specific rules related to the number of people the property allows, and/or they request names for every individual that will be occupying the property. Having a crash pad for people who drink too much may not align well with this stipulation.
My suggestion would be to go the hotel route.
