28 day let

Hi, not sure if I’m in the right place for this question but here it is!

I have just taken a booking for a 28 day stay at my holiday house, my question is do I leave clean bedding & towels out for the guests to change themselves or do I ask the housekeeper to go in while the guests are there and if so how often would you think was expected? Many Thanks Fran

Really depends on what you stay about long stays in your listing . Both are options . Have you factored in regular cleans/changeovers to your long term pricing @Fran12096

Hi Helen, thank you for your reply. I hadn’t factored in extra pricing for long term let’s. My let is on the Isle Of Wight so it’s usually only short stay holiday lets, so this is a first for me!
