A booking request closed to harassment

Hello, I have my apartment listed again since yesterday.

Because of the window guards not fitting for Children occupancy, I rent only to adults as stated clearly on my listing.

 

I had a booking request from Sese yesterday night for her et a child.

I answered politely and remind her the apartment rules but she obviously didn't accept it, as she requested many times, trying to convince me many times, her messages were flagged by the system.

 

 I ask her politely again no to insist and flag, her last message.

 

Today I receive a mail from her ,saying that she rated me as 1/5. Is this possible to try to hurt a host reputation based on improper behaviors ?

@Françoise728   This person is being silly. It's impossible to rate a listing when you don't have a booking.
