Has anyone else dealt with a guest who has lied about the listing.? We recently had a guest give us a terrible and negative review in retaliation to an honest review of how his employees left our house. I need to preface this with these folks rented another one of our homes after they left the first one. His employees didn’t follow the check out directions and left the front door of the house wide open as well as numerous other things that are too long to mention.
The “support team” @ airbnb sided with the guest and wouldn’t take the negative review down. Mind you, we are superhosts with literally hundreds of five star reviews and this individual had a whopping 22 reviews.
We could not be more disappointed with Airbnb. We also had photographic evidence as well as communication with the guest.
Needless to say, they left the second house a complete mess as well.
