A guest suposed to check-in yesterday, he did not show up

Hello there, 

I am wondering,  why my guest hasn't  arrived yet. He supposed  to check-in yesterday around 7pm,  but he didn't  show up till  now, he called yesterday  in the morning, to let me know that his flight stuck in New York,  and he will arrive late at 11pm. I waited him all night but he didn't  come, and I am still waiting him, I sent him message via ARBNB but he didn't  reply,  I am really worry, can you please able to contact him and know where he is?

@Fadwa2  This is a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not customer service. No one here can contact your guest.

Don't worry too much- he let you know his flight was experiencing problems and  perhaps had no Wifi service. You didn't need to wait up all night, you could have just told him to call when he arrived at your local airport. And hosts are under no obligation to stay up and admit a guest until 4 am just because a guest's circumstances change.
