A question, after leaving an Appartement

Is it usual to simply leave all your groceries in an apartment after departure? My last two guests did it, and I don’t know how to deal with it.

@Linda4057 Many guests seem do this. Perhaps it is sensible as they probably can't travel with them and it is then up to the host to decide if they can use them or should bin them. If you will always waste the food then perhaps add 'removing all food' to your check out instructions.
