A recent stay

I recently stayed in an a house in Australia and I want to raise a serious number of safety issues with Air BNB and also about the host demanding money in the form of cash. I can only at the moment raise the issue with the online tool service so how can I actually submit a complaint.

you can raise issues through Airbnb customer services
