A small topic upon an enquiry from a guest about the place

I want to schedule a short  reply with questions as soon as a guest send me an enquiry about my property. 

 

Viz: Thanks for considering my place for your self to spend your precious time  during the planned trip. 

Before I proceed can you introduce your self with details such as

 

Where are you coming from

 

Who would be staying with you ( Id  of all guests would be required upon check in)

 

Brief Reason for your  planned visit to my city.

 

 

If you are an international traveller , you agree  to complete statutory  documentation with regards to immigration rules prevailing in our country.

 

Upon booking ,it is considered that you accept the house rules and regulations .

 

Pls understand that host does not stay in the property

 

Things like this  so that the guest understands that hosts requires. Certain confirmations about guests who are coming in their property.

 

Many such type of questions may be framed so as to make easy understanding of guest.

I tried Rebecca but not getting the schedule to auto send 

You can create it in messages or use Airbnb templates 

I created the .mesaage  in the template but cannot schedule the same

Hey Pankaj, It's a good message to convey . You can create a document which lists your welcome message and house rules and share the document using the message itself .

Created in the message template, but cannot schedule on the 1st enquiry

I’m not sure I would ask the guest such direct questions before their stay. I’d wait until they’ve checked in—once they feel comfortable in the apartment, they are usually more open to answering your questions

Hello you can create a template in your message threads. 

Your idea is good, but for an initial enquiry you might want to keep the message friendlier and a bit lighter so guests don’t feel overwhelmed. You can still ask the essential questions in a warm tone. For example:

 

“Hi! 😊 Thanks so much for your interest in my place.

To help me guide you better, could you please share where you’re travelling from, how many guests you are, and the purpose of your trip?

If you’re visiting internationally, just a quick reminder that we follow the usual registration requirements.

Once you book, I’ll understand that you agree to the house rules.

Happy to help with anything you need!”

 

This keeps the message welcoming while still getting the information you need from the guest.
