ACCOUNT BLOCKED FOR 1 YEAR

1/My account has been locked for 1 year and I contacted them via X app and they replied but they kept telling me everything will be fine, we will contact you as soon as much as possible and it's been a year and no one has contacted me. 

 

 

 

2/1 year later I texted them: can you delete the locked account and still no reply to
