AIRBNB CANCELED AN UNREFUDABLE STAY AND OWES ME $2209.15 CASE**
We had a family that stayed at our residence for 4 weeks. They did an early checkout a week prior to their original stay departure. I called AirBnB, as we usually do, to open up our calendar so we can get the units cleaned and ready for the next stay.
INSTEAD, THEY CANCELED THE STAY AND REFUNDED THE CUSTOMER!
I paid for cleaning
ozoning the rooms
couch and bed cleaning
utilities
They literally left the unit torn up!!!!
And crazily enough we got a five star review from the family for their "WONDERFUL STAY"
I have been bounced around from person to person where they all said their "COLEAUGE MADE A MISTATKE"
WHY AM I BEING PUNISHED FOR AN EMPLOYEES MISTAKE
I WANT TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR
$2000 IS TOO MUCH MONEY FOR MY BUSNIESS TO LOSE
ESPECIALLY WHEN THIS IS AIRBNB'S FAULT
