Due to language issues, I am sometimes asked if I could make a reservation at a restaurant or spa on my behalf.
Until now, of course, I had made reservations instead.
However, unauthorized cancellations and same-day cancellations have become a big problem, and an increasing number of restaurants are no longer able to make reservations on behalf of customers.
I would like to help, but I cannot take responsibility for the store.
