Accidental listings

I must've made 2 listings for the same property.     Now, I need to cancel both because as of Sept 1, a girl from our church is needing to rent it month to month but not sure how long.      Just thought, I'd take it off permanently until she moves out.

How do I do that?

Hello @Jill1597 ,

Firstly, it is not recommended to have two identical listings.

I would not take it off permanently. Instead, you have two options. One is to unlist it so it will not appear in search results. To make it live again, you just need to press “List” again. The second option, my favorite, is to keep the listing live but set the availability to none. People will still be able to see it, save it as a favorite, and contact you, although they will not be able to book it. This way you are still in the game, especially if you need to make it active again on short notice.

My suggestion is to make it unavailable for a month, and after that, if your guest likes the place and wants to extend for an unknown period of time, then unlist it but do not remove it.
