I use a PMS, but it's ability to sync is being blocked by AirBnB via an accommodations review for an accessibility feature - namely the no steps to entry. I added it as a new AirBnB host but not knowing that it would take so long to process. I don't really need to add it, and as we approach a week of not being able to sync my photos from my PMS to AirBnB I'd really rather just delete it and add it at a later point in time. Called into AirBnB support and was told "nothing we can do". But no attempt was made to transfer me to a technical team for escalation.
Never heard of such an issue! This should NOT be occurring. An accessibility feature approval has nothing to do with syncing to a PMS (as far as I know). As I recall, it takes about 14 days or so to get an approval (or denial) for an accessibility feature?
When you say you can't sync your photos, are you talking about the listing photos or the accessibility photos you submitted. Can you not add your photos manually to the Airbnb listing and bypass the PMS?
