Hi,

I really need to speak to someone desperately regarding updating my email address and phone number, it will not allow me to do either has I no longer have access to both.

I have just booked somewhere for this weekend before updating these details and can see that the host will now email me at my old address.

I am really panicking now as I can no longer access my account but the money has left my account.

@Louise1251 you should still be able to use the messaging feature in Airbnb. Just message the host to say that is the only method of communication open to you.
