My account has been suspended for 2.5 months now. I've been contacting Airbnb support almost daily, but no one was able available to answer my questions: - What is the issue with my account? - When will this issue be resolved?
Each time, I receive the same response: there is a "technical issue." Following a call with someone from support, I was informed that the case, which had been open for 2 months, was closed. Why was the case closed when the problem still persists?
I would like to: -File a formal claim regarding this ongoing issue. - Request that the ticket be reopened, as it was closed without a resolution or explanation.
I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled and with the level of customer service provided.
