Adding business checking account to payout

Hello, 

I started Airbnb a few years ago and use my personal checking account, and this year, I finally got a business checking account. 

I have two questions: 

1) how to convert my personal account to a company account?  When I click account settings -> professional hosting tools -> company (manage) it shows you're using professional managing tools and there's no place for me to add company info. 

2) my business checking name contains the symbol "&", Airbnb won't allow me to put & in names. Not sure how to make this work. 

Basically, my company name is x&x LLC, should I put xx in first name and LLC in the last name? 

I tried to reach out to the support team but had no luck, if anyone knows how to make this work or has experience with this, I would be truly appreciated it!

I own a business account on Airbnb (converted from private account), but setting it up in the EU differs from setting it up outside the EU.

When not on "Airbnb.com" then in "professional tools" i can choose "manage" and then it opens a new screen where company details can be added.  But when switching to Airbnb.com, same screen does not show up. It seems there is other procedure (but I do not see it on my screen either):
