Additiona guests/camping

Hi! We are new hosts and have a cabin that will sleep 14, but have a request for a church group of 6 adult women and about 20 girls to come and the additional girls will camp in tents outside. I see the additional water usage, toliet paper, etc. Are there any issues that experienced host can offer any insight on why not to allow this group to stay. Honestly if it was a bunch of boys, we'd probably say no, just because boys are so much more rowdy and destructive. I don't see any potential issues besides septic and are going to insist they follow basic septic rules of 'only toliet paper'. I also was wondering if Airbnb won't cover damages if it's over the cabin max of guest. Thank you in advance for your guidance.

@Jamie1164. Noooooo. 26 females and one bathroom???? And groups of girls can be worse. I can see Airbnb having many grounds for denying any future claims if you accept this booking. Its better suited to a commercial camp facility.

I once had a group of 5 girlfriends staying at a relation's country home with me and they managed to clog the septic just by using too much toilet paper. How are you going to control that- be there every time someone wants to use the toilet?

You have such a lovely place, why risk it?

@Frances3408 Well, there is 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Thank you for your insight! It is just so many girls.

@Jamie1164. Sorry Jamie, I only looked at your first listing. Hopefully you have a powerful septic system. There were three bathrooms at the place I mentioned as well but they mostly used the one toilet and shower for convenience.

Assume with that many girls that they arent going to stay outside in tents very long esp if it rains and I can imagine them trapsing in and out all day (and night), using all the rooms, etc . A previous neighbour of mine had 2 boys and she thought boys were more rowdy until my daughter had a sleepover for 3 friends. She just wasnt used to the (happy) squealing at 8 in the morning 😉

Just my 2 cents.

Oh man, we have 2 older boys & a 12 yo daughter and you aren't kidding with the squealing. In and out, running, laughing, non stop with girls. They get so giddy. These are newly built, so with our insane interest right now, we need all the bookings we can get,  but this has us a little worried 😬
