Advice about a requested reservation

I'd like some feedback on opening this proverbial can-o-worms.

"Hello, My names soleil and I was wondering if when i booked for May 9-11th (for prom night) if there was a rule about having a few guest come and mingle for a little while (without being disruptive) . Please get back to me whenever you can , no rush :)"

Teenagers, prom night, bedrooms—what could possibly go wrong? 🙄

Sounds definitely one that raises some flags, especially with “prom night” and “a few guests come and mingle,” which can often mean a party in disguise.

Best to ask for clarification if you are open to it

Hi Soleil, thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, how many people do you plan to have over, and for how long? Also, we have a strict no-party policy, so it’s important to ensure the gathering wouldn’t violate that.

Guests lie so even if they say it's only one or two it doesn't mean it won't be a full scale party 🥳😀😀
