@Antya2 I don't believe Aireview extension is anything to do with Airbnb. A now banned member of the CC reported that Aireview is actually malware - No idea if this is true.
AiReview is a third-party browser extension. I used it for a year without issues, and never had a malware problem.
But my point is that, now that AiReview isn't working anymore, can't AirBnB provide something similar? Having insight of the reviews guests have previously left can weed out the never happy, no matter what, moaners, as well as the dodgy ones who try to scam refunds.
