Hi can anyone help please, I had a checkin that was booked for 31st check out on the 4th for 5 people Air BNB sent me through a message saying it was cancelled yesterday and the days where reopend so of course some one else has booked it and now the original guest has contacted me staying that she has no idea why it has been cancelled, Does any one have some accommodation on the gold coast that they would like to be booked? the original booking was for around $2200 ish
If the original guest chose to pay on a split payment then it sounds like there may have been a problem collecting the second stage payment and that's why Airbnb cancelled .
the original guest needs to take it up with Airbnb.

the original guest needs to use the search function on Airbnb to see what other accommodation might be available.
