AirBnB not forwarding payments to host that guests have already paid to air Bnb.Guests been & gone, no payout!,,

Wondering why there has been no payout forwarded to us the hosts. The guests have been & gone, paid their money to AirBnb when they booked and Airbnb have not forwarded this payment on to us , the hosts. Does an investigation need to be actioned to follow this up immediately before this continues on
we have other guests at our home now, will this be an ongoing and if so, we need to caution other hosts to cancel their bookings and start an enquiry re Air Bnbs operation. Will no doubt has serious consequences for their future

Hi Bhumika, thanks for your email, yes we finally received a payment yesterday from Payoneer, although no payment advice by email as yet , good to have had the payment anyway, just waiting for the next one from guests we’ve had since the first group although Easter may have delayed that one, thanks again for your enquiry

Since it has been a while, did you receive the payments or contact Airbnb Support regarding this?

If not, could you additionally provide the reservation number of the booking for which you didn’t seem to receive payments? With this information at hand, I will be able to nudge the specific teams regarding your concerns and ask for updates.

Yes but unfortunately still haven’t been paid the  $888 owing from guests from 3,4,5th April 

Losing confidence in this organisation as there has no correspondence on this matter to us at all,

Did you finally receive all the outstanding monies owed to you?
Did ABB provide an explanation why they had a problem with releasing your the monies to you?

Hi Helen, no they didn’t, it was very weird & a bit concerning. It did eventually get paid in full but very delayed .

we did have some guests about 4-5 weeks ago and the money was paid almost before guests had departed so seemed to be back to normal
