Can someone please help
in May 2025 as a 10 year superhost I tried to change my payout method to my new bank card.
Everytime the app allowed verification until the point of card verification then the app failed.
Every bank card and no matter what WiFi connection. Airbnb kept insisting it was anything other than an app problem.
Now I’m owed in excess of £4000 and Airbnb are withholding payment since May. They claim to have a technical team dealing with it. Nothing is resolved.
They refuse to make payment by any other form. This is totally against their terms and conditions. Refuse to provide any assistance with compliance or legal team. I’ve insisted they must make immediate payment.
Now my app is completely blocked which they are fully aware off. My guests cannot contact me, I’m missing bookings and they owe me a huge amount of money.
I expressed my concern at not being able to speak to my guests (that it would affect my superhost status) gues ms what! No bad reviews but they removed my superhost status purely as I can’t communicate on the app!!!
This is appalling and is causing me enormous financial problems and will permanently affect my credit score. I can’t pay my mortgage.
Does anyone know what I can do? How can Airbnb continue to act this way? Where can I go to at least get paid? Nothing I do with calling an and emailing works….
